These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking inquiry and stay at Cloud Hill Villa, Lonavala ("the Villa", "we", "us"). By submitting a booking inquiry or staying at the Villa, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Reservations

Submitting an inquiry through our website, WhatsApp, or phone does not guarantee a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only once availability has been verified and we have communicated confirmation to you directly, along with any applicable payment terms.

2. Payment Terms

An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable on or before arrival, as communicated to you at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be shared during the booking confirmation process.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation and may vary depending on how close to the check-in date the cancellation is made. We recommend confirming the applicable cancellation policy before making payment.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

5. Guest Conduct & House Rules

  • The number of guests must not exceed the agreed occupancy for the property.
  • Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect.
  • Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior that disturbs neighboring properties is not permitted.
  • Smoking and open flames are restricted to designated outdoor areas only.
  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval from management.
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the property, without refund, in case of serious violation of house rules.

6. Security Deposit & Damages

A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities caused during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

The Villa, including the swimming pool, rooftop, and outdoor areas, is used at the guest's own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our proven negligence. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near the pool and rooftop areas.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or an appropriate resolution.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
